At Anveshan, every batch undergoes rigorous lab testing for quality and purity. We use traditional methods like wood-pressing for oils and stone-grinding for spices to retain maximum nutritional value without any chemical additives.
Where are your products sourced from?
We source our ingredients directly from a network of verified organic and sustainable farms across India. By cutting out middlemen, we ensure that farmers get fair prices and you get the freshest harvest.
What is the typical delivery timeline for my order?
We usually process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship all across India. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we only accept returns if the item is received damaged, expired, or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos to initiate a replacement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.
